i have a property manager nightmare.she didnot want to check on my property her way was to say that my tentant had a1 credit.and she would not go and check on my property i went home to va. in july still didnot get a chance to check on my property,my problem is my lease and contact ended both in may,i did not renew.my problem is that i sent a letter to my tentant in august stating to her, the tentant if she want to stay for another year. she said ok and advise property manager that i would not be needing her service,i was told that remax is still be taking the fee for renting my home.i donot want there service anymore.i want control over my own property.can remax do that.in may i spoke with the property manager now she told me to read my agreement,because i didnot put it in writting,it started all over again ,i will have to put my tentant out .if not they can still control my propertyand take there fee, i need help!!
