Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Proving comptetncy

My grandfather just passed away, and we are finding out that changes were made to his will after he was diagnosed with, (and very ill from) alzhiemers, and mezolthelioma. Since the changes in beneficiaries are rather drastic and we suspect coorsion, how can we prove this?

How could anyone in this forum know (the answer to your question)? Better arrange to see a local attorney who practices in the area of probate law, and who should be able to advise you on this issue after he or she has had an opportunity to review the relevant documents, background information and related facts.
