Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
reading of the will
My father passed away and left me executrix of his estate. Does anybody in the family besides me have a legal right to read the will? Should I give my sister a copy?

Re: reading of the will
Yes, indeed, you should give your sister as well as any other named beneficiary a copy of your father's will who wants one. (Once the probate case is opened and the will filed with the court, anyone can read it.)
