Do I require a lawyer's services for power of attorney and trust?

Power of attorney, possibly not, except that Virginia law on powers of attorney has changed quite sutatantially in recent years; for a trust, there's just too many choices and impacts of getting it wrong, so I couldn't advise pursuing that without an attorney.
