Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My rights as an heir in the state of Va?

My mother passed away. I received my letter of what I am receiving? Do I have the right to view the entire will? Do I have the right to see what is in the account now? My sister will not tell me and she says I have to trust her when she divides the money.

Once the will is filed as part of the probate case, it becomes a public record and you or anyone else can go to your local circuit court to review it or any other part of the probate case, including the inventory of estate assets.
