Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My siblings lied about existence of a large amount of cash and gold my parents left behind. The commissioner cross examined them and they denied existence of cash, gold, a safe, and another will which was not notarized but was agreed upon all to use We have a audio recording consensual from a year prior of briefly discussing cash and a safe. Is this perjury? what can the possible outcomes be if the recording holds up? If we use this recordings could there be any reason the commissioner not use it?

I would advise that you seek to arrange for a consultation with a local attorney

iwith experience in probate matters and who preferably has had some experience with the commissioner who was originally handling this matter

for you and your siblings. (And be prepared to bring all of your

evidence to this meeting which may support any of your claims referenced

above.)
