Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My sister sued me two times in my capacity as Trustee of our parents' Trust. I believe her charges were frivolous and basically fabricated. She also inflated the amount of her claim so as to collect damages for my brother as well since he did not intend to file a suit. I successfully defended both suits. Do I have any course of action against her; i.e., getting her to pay my legal expenses since the suits took place after the Trust had been dissolved, punitive damages, etc.?
