ss 64.1-69.1

Has VA state statue 64.1-69.1 been successfully challenge when the estate in question is a family inheritance. Seeking good counsel to pursue.

In regard to the referenced statute, it would appear that the precise language(or lack thereof)of the will at issue in reference to the omitted spouse and the testator's apparent intentions in regard to this issue(to the extent that they may be ascertained, if at all) would be far more important in mounting any challenge to such a will than whether the "estate in question is a family inheritance", which could be of only marginal or even of no relevance at all in such a case (in my opinion).
