Yes, see the following: Va. Code Sec. 64.1-1 Course of descents generally--- Seventh. If there be none, then to the uncles and aunts and their descendants.

and, Va. Code Sec. 64.1-2. Collateral half-bloods shall inherit only half so

much as whole bloods.
