Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
My stepsister has talked my stepfather into making changes to his will for her best intrests within 30 days of my mothers death. she has taken advantage of the situation. Is there anything that can be done? The changes are not in accordance with the will that he and my mother put in place prior to her death.
