Can i sue for my share of my fathers estate that was handle by a sibbling thirty years ago.
How do i find out what my Fathers estate consisted of.

It's highly doubtful you can go that far back to right any wrong. It's equally doubtful you can get records from that long ago, but you might check with the Virginia Circuit Court in the county in which your father resided at his death to see what's available.
