My father just died this week. He had a revocable trust. I am his daughter & a beneficiary after my mother passes (she is now the Trustee of my father's trust). I would like a copy of the trust but my mother refuses. Is she legally bound to give me a copy of my father's trust since I am a beneficiary? Thanks.

No, probably not, merely because you're a named beneficiary and have apparently requested a copy from the trustee, but there should be other ways for you to obtain such a copy.
