Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Our uncle died .His roomate falsefied a will. We took it to court and had it over turned. But we still cant get a title for the vehicle at the dmv. What else can we do?

So, (assuming there is no other will or valid replacement for the one which was falsified) one of you could apply to the probate court to be appointed as administrator of your uncle's estate and who could then apply to DMV to transfer the title of this vehicle to whomever.
