Can my uncles bump off their brother?
My grandmother left all her property to my 3 uncles and I. The youngest and I are co-executors. The youngest moved into her house. The other 2 want to sign over their shares to me to take control of everything, and kick him out. Can they do this? If not, what options do we have, because we have reason to want him of her house.

Re: Can my uncles bump off their brother?
The one whom you and your uncles want to kick out has every bit as much of ownership interst in this property as any of the rest of you. If you want to remove his legal interest in this property, you'll, collectively, either have to buy him out or hire an attorney to file what's called a partition suit in the circuit court where the property is located which would likely culminate in a court order having the property sold and the proceeds of the sale proportionately devided among the devisee heirs.
