Can an unhappliy married man and unhappily father of two leave a will of his estates to someone else

If the spouse is left out of the will, she can elect against the will to claim at

least a one third share of her deceased husband's estate. If there are also children which the testator wishes to effectively disinherit, each should be given at least a $1 bequest to avoid pretermitted heir or related claims.
