Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Virginia's ''Sunshine Rule''

I would like the exact wording of Virginia's ''Sunshine Rule''. I then would like a legal interpretation of this rule as well as a lay person's interpretation. I understand that this is a fairly new ruling.

Re: Virginia's ''Sunshine Rule''

I need some more information. I did a LEXIS search of

VIrginia and the word "sunshine" was not used in

any section of the fiduciary code (i.e. probate,

trusts, etc.) LEXIS is updated frequently and they

usually have the latest information. If you can

send me a more specific reference, I can e-mail

you the text and explain it to you.
