do I need a lawyer to make amendments to my existing will? I would like to include another person to my existing will. What do I have to do?

Re: will amendments
No, you do not need an attorney to make amendments
to your existing will, but it would likely be a good idea to have it reviewed by a lawyer who is knowledgeable regarding such matters before finalizing your revised and amended will.
