Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Will made in VA, person lives in PA

If a person originates a will in Virginia, but now resides in Pennsylvania, is the will still valid? If so, is there any special filing that would need to be done in either state? The executor also lives in Pennsylvania. Thank you.
