will of mothers house
mother died and in her will house was to be divided 3 ways for 3sisters. how long should it take to get money from sold house. the attorney will not answer any questions i ask her. what can i do?

You must understand that before any monies from the sale of the house can be distributed to your mother's beneficiaries, the executor or administrator of your mother's estate must first pay from the sale proceeds all valid debts
which are properly presented by your mother's creditors to the estate for payment. This all could take quite some time.
