When the only thing left to split is the house. If one brother lives in house and other lives out of state. Can the pobate attorney force the brother to sale or do a buy out. It is said in will to split 50/50. also can the brother out of state charge the other rent if he stalls. Jerry

Yes, and, probably, yes, if the brother occupying the property is clearly stonewalling the probate process for his own purposes.
