No will, step child, what rights do I have to property by mother left and step father is not sharing?

Your father was related to your step mother by marriage. You are not related to her. You have no rights to her estate, except as your father may decide to leave you.

My previous response assumed that you were the step child of the decedent. It has been pointed out to me that you are more likely to have been the step child of the surviving father, and the natural child of the decedent. In that case you would be entitled to 2/3 of your natural mother's estate and your step father 1/3 of her estate.
