Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
last will and testament
I have been separated for over (10) years but still legally married. I live with a partner and want to leave things to both wife and girl friend. Does it make a difference which form I use? Also have adult child with grandchildren.

No, a standard will (properly completed by the testator) can be used to bequest just about anything to any living human being whom the testator chooses.
