Will

I have a valid will that I set up while a resident in North Carolina. I moved to Virginia 5 years ago and have not had my will re-done in Va. Do I need to re-do my will as a Virginia resident?

Probably not, unless you want to change some of the provisions regarding distribution of your estate.
