I have family trust and am now a widow.
Because I moved from Florida to Virgina do I need to make a new will?

No. you do not need to make a new will
merely because you've changed states of residence. You should consider such a move to make a new will only if the underlying circumstances and conditions which determined the various dispositions in your previous will or trust have now changed substantially such that revised document(s) may now be required in order to address and take into account these various changes.
The testamentary or trust documents which you executed in conformance with the laws of Florida will be recognized as perfectly valid in the Commonwealth of Virginia until you choose to replace them with newly executed documents which may be necessary to address or accommodate the above referenced changes in your particular situation or that of your named beneficiaries.
