When meeting with an attorney about preparing a will and/or trust, what information should I bring and what questions should I ask?

Bring a list of your assets (including where they're located) and the names of beneficiaries to whom you may wish to bequeath/devise these assets. Assets mean all property whether real (land/buildings, etc.)or personal (stocks, bank accounts, jewelry, vehicles, furniture, ancient Egyptian sarcophagi, etc.).
