Arbitration;
If I was thiking about settling my W/C case, and didnt think the price was right, what happens at an arbitration hearing, and is it too late to have an atourney?

Each case is different. As a Virginia Workers Compensation Lawyer for 35 years, I can tell you that you should have your case reviewed by an experience workers compensation attorney before you throw it away with a rash settlement of some kind. Once you settle, your case is over with and you cannot receive any additional compensation for that injury.

You definitely want an attorney. The other side will have an experienced attorney advising an experienced insurance adjuster. An attorney can help you decide the true value of your cliam and help you make the right decision based upon the facts of your case.
