broken bone in my lower back
i have filed for comp . my company is fighting this. if i lose the case at the deputy commisioner level. what do i do?

You need to know why the company is fighting your claim. It is very dangerous to litigate this claim before a Deputy Commissioner without a skillful workers compensation attorney on your side. You do have a right of appeal from a decision of the Deputy Commissioner but appeals are rarely successful. Your best chance is to win before the Deputy Commissioner. Don't take a chance.
