Re: comp question

Dear Sir:

You indicate you tore your rotator cuff and damaged a nerve in your neck lifting a large panel at work. You indicated you did report the accident. You did not indicate the date of the accident and did not indicate why the insurance company denied the case. Your accident seems fairly straightforward and from your facts there would be no reason for the insurance company to deny your case. Certainly, we would be willing to look at your case in more detail and you could email me with some additional information and we would tell you if we could take your case. I would need to know the following: why was the case denied? Did the doctor relate the injury to this accident? Did the doctor take you out of work? Do you have the report taking you out of work due to this accident? Is surgery recommended? What was your occupation and salary at the time of the accident? Do you have a copy of the accident report? I look forward to your response.
