Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

Nurse;

I've been on WC and now the insurance co, has assigned me a wellness nurse that want me to communicate with her, why cant she just talk to my doctor if she needs information? Do I have to correspond with her?

Yes, very likely you do if you don't want to jeopardize your current workman's compensation status with the insurance carrier.
