To the point, can I subpeona anyone for anything? Can I subpeona UPS for any info I may need for my case? UPS says no. And my ex-employer is witholding info I subpeonaed. Is he not bound by the subpeona to release the info requested? I would be greatful and appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks for your time.

Re: subpeona shipping records from UPS
You should only be issuing subpoenas for information that is relevant to your case, and if it is not relevant which may be the case with UPS, the individual or business entitly that is served with such a subpoena may refuse to honor it and respond with a motion to quash.
