Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

Sugery outcome

I had a decetomy 1-28-09 and post surgery I feel that the problem has gotten worse, and despite of all of the vicadin and lyrica, it seems like a cover up or masking the problem, I didnt want to offend my doctor, but i think a mistake was made, can a lawyer present this to the insurance co or WC better than me just saying it myself? or would it even make a difference?

I do believe that having an attorney who handles Workers Compensation can help you. An attorny who does this type of work daily knows the best way to handle the situation. Unfortunately I have had other cases where back surgeries failed.I would be more than happy to talk to you.You may have several options such as getting a second opinion or settling your workers compensation claim so you can go to your own dr.
