Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

Tree service contract

Can a person back out of a contract after she signed the contract and thena few hours later wanted to see workmans comp proof although I never said i had it. I also have it in print on the contract that the customer is in no way responsible for me or any men with me while working on any customers property. I was very honest and did not mislead her

Without a valid legal reason, no, she cannot, but a lawyer should review this contract and the pertinent facts associated with its making to confirm this opinion (to the extent that is possible).
