Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

Work comp & full time student Question

I was injured at work & receiving work comp for 1 yr now. I was told I can never go back to that type of work. I have been trying to get a job for over 3 months now and I can not find one with in my work restrictions. The question is. Can I still receive my work comp benefits if I go to school

Re: Work comp & full time student Question

No, very unlikely unless the schooling can be interpreted to be within the parameters of your established work restrictions.
