Worker compensation

I sprained my shoulder at wor an dmissed 7 days work due to my injury. i was curious to know if there required to compensate me for those 7 days missed

As a Virginia Workers Compensation Attorney for 35 years, I can tell you if you only miss 7 days the workers comp insurance company does not have to pay you for those 7 days. If you go on and miss 21 days or more,then the WC carrier would have to pay for those 7 days. To be safe always file your claim for this injury with the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission.
