My employee fell out of her seat in a public transportation van due to erratic driving (while she was attending a training class for work). Is this considered a worker's comp claim for my company?

If the injury occurred within the scope of her employment which should include any work-related training sessions which the employee was attending, the answer should be, yes(in my opinion).
