Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

workmans comp in Virginia

I had been on workmans comp for approx. 2 years and then the adjuster just put an end--name removed--the claim, even though my doctor had not released me and without any notification, until I dropped off a prescription that was no longer covered. Is there a statue of limitation--name removed--counter this w/c claim

Re: workmans comp in Virginia

Your description of what allegedly happened to your workman's compensation claim doesn't make any sense. (An adjuster can't just unilaterally close out your case in the manner you've described; there must be more to it.) And, therefore, you had best arrange to consult with an attorney who understand workman's compensation law in the Commonwealth.
