Accounting and Fees

Can I request a full accounting of monies paid by the

Personal Representative regarding the estate. The

estate is closed and I have signed a Receipt and

Release including a waiver of notice of Declaration of

Completion. (but it has not been 30 days yet) I have

paid the personal representatives fee and the attorney's

fees. I was told they would not close the estate until

money was paid to them. The personal representaive

had access to estate funds and I would like to know

how the money was spent. I would also like a full

accounting of what the attorney charged me for . This

was the personal representative's attorney.

Sorry, but your question is a bit confusing ... you say you paid the personal rep? That is not the norm. Will need more detail to give you a good answer.
