can I collect back pay reinstate of job and front pay
I was taken off the semi-truck fro further test and passed all of them (Ihave irregular heart condition that is stablized by medications) I have restrictions of can't load or unlaod the truck. I worked for this company 2 yrs developed the heart problem they did reasonable accomadations but refuse to continue or to give me a 100% do not touch loads. What are my rights I feel I was discriminated agnaist because of my disability and was told I had to be like the others to qualify for a dedicated run. Iwas embarrased when taken off the truck as they sent a person to drive the truck back to the yard, I had just driven from Portland to Seattle and the load I was assigned was one I was to unload, I told them I couldn't and they had someone unload it as they had in the past 4 yrs. They never assigned me a hand uload run but this was a mistake of my dispatcher. Please let me know what I can do
