Name Change
I am getting a divorce and have a lifetime protective order, and wanna do a legal name change? Who do I talk to and what do I do?

You can do a name change as part of your divorce for free. Just make sure that the name change is part of the judge's order.
Or, if you want to do it later, go to your county's district court, get the form, pay $75, and make a brief court appearance.
