What are the legalities on someone wanting to have their, or a loved ones ashes put into a fireworks shell and shot into the air in a fireworks show.How would someone go about a business for this.I know it has been done in California.

Go to http://www.olywa.net/preblelaw/washingt.htm#Washington, select Search the RCW [or WAC] text, and check the RCW and the WAC box when you go to the link and search [remains or ashes]
The RCW's are the statutes. The WAC's are the administrative regulations and will lead you to the proper governmental agency.
