personal property return
over a six year period this individual borrowed personal property of mine, with the knowledge that i wanted it returned. it was a friend and now that person refuses to either return the property or pay for it. i sent this person a list reuesting the return with a dead line. the dead line has past with no response. what can i do to get my property back or money in lieu of. thank you.

File a claim in Small Claims Court (up to $4K). Get writeen evidence of the cost to replace the items and present that evidence to the court.
If you file in SCC, you'll have a chance to mediate first.
