After losing my lawsuit against the shipyard in Washington state that injured me, and not being able to hold a job since...can I sue the shipyard for pain and suffering? Can I sue the circuit court judge who found against me? Is there an attorney who can/will help?

Legally I do not think there is anything more you can do. You may try to get some help politically or through the union. good luck.
Shipward Injury
If you were compensated under the Longshoreman and Harbor Workers Act (or other form of worker's compensation, you usually cannot bring a claim against the shipward for any other damages. Judges have immunity, and can not be sued for their judicial acts, and can only be sued if they acted outside their authority. If the injury was the result of negligence of the shipowner, it is sometimes possible to recover from the shipowner even if you recovered under the Longshoreman and Harbor Workers Act or any other form of worker's compensation.
