Merit System Protection board

I have a question about a show cause I receive. I am looking for someone willing to review the show cause and tell me what it means to determine if I need to hire a lawyer or if it's a mute point. Sharon

When is the show cause hearing?

What city are you in?

You can fax it to me at 253.884.2313 but note that I will be out of the office on Friday, 6/15.

If this notice affects your job and right to work, I urge you to get an attorney. I also urge you not to miss the show cause hearing, even if you go without an attorney. You can go there and ask for a continuance (postponement) until you can get an attorney.
