Ch 7 No asset case, what limit on additional debt is allowed by law
my case is a strait Ch. 7, I currently own no real estate. In the last 2 yrs I divorced, quit claimed home, & took most of debt from marriage, I have custody of our daughter. Formed LLC - partner spent $ due us.Off work 6 months, w/ no pay. Accquired more cc debt. Debt is 3+ years salary. had A+ credit for last 12 yrs, owe bal. on 25% of the my accounts, 75% of accts have no bal. I understand implications of Ch7. From legal aspect - not moral one, before I file ch. 7. Under what conditions Can I make additional cc purchases.

I can't tell from your question whether you are contemplating a bankruptcy or have already filed. Have you filed or are you just thinking about it?
