Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington

need help changed my mind

if i filed chapter 13 but i havent gone to court but i have a case #. i could be loseing my job do to downsizing im scared to commet to the big payments im having second thoughts. what can i do to stop it? can i go to solusions credit counseling instead?

Under the bankruptcy laws you have the right to convert your chapter 13 petition to a chapter 7 at any time. Otherwise, you should can also voluntarily withdraw your petition, and no further action would be required. I would be careful about using credit management services, make sure that the one you use, if you do so, is a nonprofit.
