Can my fees be waved?

Can my fees be waived, as in Superior court, when filing claim for creditor exemption in Bankruptcy Court? I have all proof and papers stating that I am living below the poverty level, thanks to the judgment debtor that has filed chapter7.

Can my fees be waived?

I don't know what a creditor exemption is nor what kind of fee it requires. Perhaps you could elaborate.
