Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington

Can I file a creditors claim in US Banruptcy Court in Pro Se?

Can I file a claim at the creditors meeting against a debtor in pro se? I understand that I should use an attorney if trying to prove fraud, but I want to pleaad with the court what I believe is a frivoulous filing of chapter 7 in order to discharge a judgment in Kitsap county.

Can I file a creditors claim...

I believe what you are talking about is objecting to a debtor's discharge under either 11 U.S.C. 727 or 523. This requires the filing of a formal complaint with the clerk of court and is not done at the creditors meeting. I don't know about the rules in your district, but I can't imagine someone litigating a full blown trial without an attorney.

Can I file a claim

You should be able to file a claim with no problem. However that may not do what you want. If the amount is substantial you should retain an attorney to determine if the filing is appropriate.
