Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington
Should I file?
I am on social security disability and large unsecured credit card debt and for the past 4 months have not been making monthly payments on them. I have no other income or assets. I am nautrally wondering what to do. Would the courts accept a chapter 7 in this case, or would this even be advisable for me? What are the alternatives?

Re: Should I file?
I am not practicing right now but I would say you should file chapter 7 as you are unable to pay your debts as they become due. Your disability is exempt.
