Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington
motion of secured creditor
Are there any statutes of limitations if a creditor filed a ''motion of secured creditor for relief from automatic stay'' in a bankruptcy case? Our credit union filed this motion to reposse our cars after our bk. they repossed one of them and for some reason never came and got the other. It's been over 2 years now and we want to claim the car by getting the title. Is this possible?

The auto lender can repossess the vehicle once the BK is over, unless you signed a reaffirmationi agreement and you're current on your payments.
