Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Washington
trustees behavior
Dear Law Guru can someone tell me the best place to look on what rules a bankruptcy trustee needs to follow. Example is their like a do,s and don,t code of conduct of the assigned trustees ? Please dont responde with ask my attoney, I want to read for my self,line by line, even if it cost money to download 17 lawbooks on bankruptcy. A Trustee i hope is not ,judge,jury and excution in a case,If i see a trustee abusing their appointed position, i want to be prepared etc etc . thank you for your urgent reply.

You can review the Bankruptcy Code, available online, or title 11 of the United States Code starting at section 301.
